- First, choose your desired plastic mold.
- After selecting the mold, you should also be ready with the wooden boards for pressing the rubber in the mold.
- Now you have to prepare the silicone rubber in a suitable form for manufacturing rubber pad. So, mix the catalyst, silicone oil and other chemicals until silicone gets a right form.
- Pour the rubber into the mold and keep it inside the vacuum mixer to remove the bubble off for 3 minutes.
- Finally press and fix the wooden board into mold and set aside for 4 hours.
- Now rubber pad is ready for production , so demould it. And you can use it for practical production in 8 hours.
